q-(r,s)-Stirling numbers and applications to q-multiple zeta values at roots of unity

We introduce the q-(r,s) Stirling number, which is a q-generalization of the classically famous Stirling number, and shows its properties. As an application, we consider a certain q-multiple zeta function and give the explicit formulas at  roots of unity.
